Yellowstone park’s super volcano took a deep breath a few days ago but scientists say there is nothing to worry about.  They say the magma resevoir thats four to six miles below the surface is driving the uplift but fortunatly the surge doesn’t mean an imminent eruption.

The Yellowstone super volcano has produced major eruptions in the past, each one a thousand times more powerful than st Helens eruption in 1980. Its happened 3 times in the past 2.1 million years, the last one around 640,000 years ago.
